This course focuses on pronunciation, with emphasis on challenging vowel and consonant sounds, practical grammar review (Don’t worry - we simplify grammar rules.), phone simulation, and mock interviews. Our goal is to bring out the best in you so that you can ace the screening process.

At the end of the course, we make job hunting easier by referring you to our call center partners.

Composed of four modules which can be offered separately, this course will help you to express yourself confidently using the right expressions in a business setting. At the end of the course, you will develop the skills to:

  • Preside over meetings (Module 2)
  • Conduct business presentations (Module 3)
  • Handle difficult negotiations

Grammar is easier than you think. Learn the practical side of grammar through easy-to-understand rules and lots of exercises, role playing, and even games.

The course can be basic or advanced, depending on your needs. Grammar classes for second-language users are also available.

Say it Right! This is an accent reduction and English pronunciation course that will dramatically improve pronunciation, minimize your accent, and increase confidence while speaking English. You will learn how to decipher phonetic transcription so that you will know how words are pronounced.

It costs as much to gain one new client as to keep five existing ones. Much of the profits of most businesses today rely on satisfied customers, so it is vital to keep them happy. On the other hand, internal customers are also important because they are the ones who deliver the goods, so to speak.

The course offers great lessons on different aspects of customer service – from dealing with the most difficult customers to building a corporate culture that embraces customer service.

We have a multi-level course in English as a second language for schoolchildren and adults available at the Center. The course covers listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as improving pronunciation and building vocabulary. Our main goal is to make you comfortable in communicating in English in everyday situations. We can teach you individually, or as part of a class.

Our course offerings are variable depending on your specific needs, budget, and schedule. The courses can be taken piecemeal, or part of an extensive program at our Center, or at your work-site. What it is

Online teaching is an innovative way of using the Internet and its corresponding technologies to further learning. Our center takes advantage of programs such as Skype and TeamViewer as well as other websites that may be helpful to the students.

It's learning made easy. Students get to develop their language skills without leaving the comfort of their homes. The time and effort required are minimal, leaving plenty of time to focus on other important things.

Why we're different

We don't like to overcomplicate things. Teaching is done in the simplest way possible. Our first priority is that our students are able to communicate effectively in English. While emphasizing the need for correct grammar, pronunciation, and syntax, we also make sure that our students enjoy learning the language.

We truly care. Our teachers work in shifts and are therefore assigned only a handful of students per day. As such, they are able to really get to know their students. The bonds that develop as a result are part of what drives our teachers to keep doing what they do.

OUR TEACHERS

Our teachers come from a wide array of backgrounds. We make sure that students and teachers fit perfectly. As long as schedules permit it, a student has the option of choosing which teacher he/she wants to be assigned to.

The world-renowned Filipino hospitality carries over into our teaching. Our teaching philosophy is to make use of the 'smiling voice' and to exercise endless patience.

OUR SYSTEM

  • We offer a free assessment session, where the student and teacher can meet and get to know each other. This allows the teacher to gauge where the student is in terms of English mastery. The resulting evaluation encompasses comprehension, pronunciation, grammar, fluency, reactivity, and enthusiasm.
  • Based on the assessment and the student's age, he/she is assigned a book, which can be bought or simply downloaded onto the computer.
  • We recommend that a student talks to his/her teacher five times a week for 15-30 minutes per session. Usually, about half of this time is spent "free talking." This aims to engage the student in day-to-day conversation as well as develop his or her confidence in speaking. After that, the teacher then tackles the lesson in the book.
  • Progress is reported in real time. After each class, the teacher submits a short report about the activities for the day and gives a comment about the student's performance.
